Home/Services

Four ways we're usually appointed.

Whether you're a developer setting up a scheme, a resident board taking control, or a leaseholder group part-way through a Right to Manage claim — the day-to-day work looks much the same.

Switching to us

Changing agent is less painful than people expect.

We handle the handover ourselves. In most cases the board signs one document and we do the rest.

  1. 01

An honest look at where you are

Send us your last service charge budget and accounts. We'll tell you what stands out — including if the answer is that your current agent is doing a decent job.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, fee, named manager and inspection schedule, on one page. No commission arrangements you haven't been told about.

  3. 03

    Notice and handover

We liaise with the outgoing agent for records, funds, contracts and compliance documents, and chase what doesn't arrive.

  4. 04

    Site visit and first report

Your manager inspects the development, flags anything urgent, and issues a first condition and compliance report within the opening month.

Unhappy with your current agent?

Send us your last service charge budget. We'll tell you honestly whether you're getting value — no obligation either way.
