Client funds are held in designated client accounts separate from our own money. Details of the firm's client money protection arrangements must be inserted here, together with the certificate reference.
Any commission or fee received in connection with the placement of insurance must be disclosed here, together with how it is calculated.
Notice periods and the process for handover to an incoming agent are set out in the management agreement and should be summarised here.
Limitations and exclusions of liability need to be drafted by a solicitor and inserted here, along with details of our professional indemnity insurance.
